 In the modern times a purely classroom based education system is not the most effective way to prepare students to the rigors of everyday life. Indulging students in extra-curricular activity paves way to a whole new type of approach that enhances with a special focus on team building, communication and initiative.

We believe the scope of education should be broad and transcend the four walls of a classroom. The core aim of our education methodology is to foster all round development of a child. All round development essentially comprises mental, intellectual, physical, moral and social development. All round development can only be achieved when all the various facets of education are cohesively incorporated into the curriculum. We make sure co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are those which are undertaken side by side with the curricular activities. A co-curricular activity gives the students an opportunity to develop particular skills and exhibit their non-academic abilities. These activities are well included in the school program and include music, art or drama classes. We also make sure children take part in sports team and are the part and parcel of school sports teams, debating team or student newsletters etc. This kind of participation helps students tremendously and helps them into evolving as a well rounded personality.

The primary aim of extra-curricular activities and groom the students in the art of living and working together, helping them with social interaction and communication. These practical experiences gained by students by their own learning, paves way for their future success as functioning members of society.

We believe, the theoretical knowledge is enhanced when an extra-curricular activity related to the content taught, is organized. Intellectual development of the personality is achieved to a great extent, in the classroom itself., but at the same time it begs for practical application. The aesthetic development like character building, spiritual and moral values, physical growth, creativity and many more are backed up by extra-curricular activities only. It also professes coordination, adjustment, and speech fluency, extempore and debating skills among st students. It teaches the students to stand up and be assertive for what they believe in. They also render in students cultural values, social values, civic values and psychological values.
